A wide belt sanding machine is judged on the second and third pass, not the first. The first takes the thicknesser marks off. The last decides whether the panel goes to the edge bander or back to the glue room.
On the R-R-RP1300 three roller sander, all three passes happen in one feed, with one operator.

What a 1300 mm Sanding Machine Buys You
A 1300 mm sanding machine takes the widest panel a shop glues: kitchen worktops, door skins, table tops, cabinet backs. Rip that panel down to fit a 1000 mm machine and the joint shows on the finished face. Measure the widest board you glue, then pick the width. In a wood sanding machine line this is usually the last machine before finishing.

Three Roller Sander: Three Heads, Three Jobs
The first head runs 37 kW and takes the thicknesser marks off. The second and third run 22 kW each and calibrate. The 1000 mm build carries the same three heads on 15/22 kW, 11/15 kW and 11 kW. Push them hard and the surface burns while the abrasive belt loads.

Technical Specifications
Nine rows decide the installation of the R-R-RP1300. Most rows carry two figures: the 1000 mm machine first, the 1300 mm second.
| Parameter | Specification | Parameter | Specification |
| Working width | 1000 / 1300 mm | First motor | 15/22 kW, 37 kW |
| Min. working length | 500 mm | Second motor | 11/15 kW, 22 kW |
| Working thickness | 3 - 110 mm | Third motor | 11 kW, 22 kW |
| Feeding speed | 6 - 30 m/min | Feeding motor | 1.5 kW, 4/4.5 kW |
| First roller | 190 mm / 240 mm | Lifting motor | 0.37 kW, 0.55 kW |
| Second roller | 190 mm, 210/240 mm | Working air | 0.6 MPa |
| Third roller | 190 mm, 210 mm | Dust collector | 5.5 kW, 7.5 kW |
| Abrasive belt size | 1020 x 2020 mm, 1320 x 2020 mm | Overall dimensions | 1880/2180 x 1600 x 1950 mm, 2180/2550 x 2600 x 1950 mm |
| Weight | 2000/2900 kg, 3200/4100 kg |
The dust collector row decides more than the rest on a wide cut. A continuous chip ribbon wants 7.5 kW, not a bag unit. At 3200 to 4100 kg the machine also wants a floor it can sit on without shimming.
Touch Screen Sander Control
A touch screen sander stores head height, feed speed, belt tension and oscillation as one recipe. The second run becomes a check instead of an adjustment.

Head height, feed speed and belt tension on one screen.
Electrical System and Feed
Siemens and Schneider components, wired for service rather than for the drawing. Feed runs 6 to 30 m/min on a 4/4.5 kW motor, with 0.55 kW on lifting.

Abrasive Belt Life and Roller Contact
The abrasive belt runs 1320 x 2020 mm on the wide machine against 1020 x 2020 mm on the 1000 mm build, so it works cooler and holds grit longer. Working air is 0.6 MPa for oscillation and tracking. That is why an abrasive belt sander of this size wants its own compressor rather than a shared line.

Workshop Test Run
Every panel sanding machine is welded, wired and run on a panel in Qingdao before crating. The test run uses the feed speed the customer expects to work at, not the easiest setting.

Service and Contact
Two-year warranty on the R-R-RP1300 wide belt sanding machine. Built in Qingdao, spares from the same workshop.
Send board type, panel size and thickness. We confirm build, belt size and roller count in writing, and say plainly when a narrower machine would do the job.
If the panel arrives twisted, the fault is upstream rather than in the sander: the wide thickness planer takes that job. More on sanding machines, the machine types compared, our factory, or the contact page.
